Shipping policy
Your one-of-a-kind order might take several business days to be delivered, depending upon the shipping method chosen by you.
We offer two shipping methods a) Free Shipping - Which takes 7-9 business days and b) Express Shipping - Where products get delivered within 3-5 business days for an additional express charge of ₹300. You're able to choose your shipping method during checkout.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts and Return to Origin (RTO)
Understanding Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make every effort to ensure your order is delivered promptly and safely. Typically, they will make several attempts to deliver your package. If these attempts are unsuccessful, possibly due to unavailability at the provided address or failure to respond to calls or notifications from the courier, the package will be returned to our facility. This is known as a 'Return to Origin' (RTO) situation.
Communication is Key
We strongly encourage you to provide a reachable contact number and ensure availability during the estimated delivery period. If you expect to be unavailable, you can usually arrange an alternative delivery solution directly with the courier company using the tracking information provided.
Handling RTO Situations
If your order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the following process applies:

Notification: We will inform you via email or phone call if your order is returned to us.

Re-shipping Fee: As per our policy, the first shipment of your order is covered by us. However, if an order is returned and needs to be re-shipped, we kindly request that you cover the associated costs. This re-shipping fee includes the RTO charge levied by the courier company and the cost for a second shipping attempt.

Payment and Re-Dispatch: Upon receiving the re-shipping fee, we will re-dispatch your order. You will be provided with new tracking details to monitor the delivery.

Tracking the Order: For transparency and your convenience, the tracking information for both the initial and subsequent delivery attempts will be made available.
