Given the customized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds under standard circumstances. Each item is made to order based on your specifications, and as such, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that meet the stated specifications and quality standards.

Defective or Incorrect Products

In the event that you receive a product that is defective or not as described, we will offer a replacement or refund. To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the defect or error to support your claim.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be processed if the fulfillment process has not yet begun. Given the prompt nature of our production timeline, it is crucial that you inform us of any cancellation requests as soon as possible. Once the fulfillment process has started, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible.

Approval and Resolution: If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the defective product or will proceed with issuing a refund or sending a replacement item. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
